Your use of our Website and purchase of products from Tao Skateboarding indicates your understanding of and agreement with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice to you, at the sole discretion of Tao Skateboarding (“Tao” or “Us”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.
General Information.
The products shown on Our website are offered for sale within the limit of available stock and under the conditions of sale specified on the Website. We reserve the right to modify at any time and without notice the Products displayed on the Website. The sale conditions related to the Products, in particular pricing conditions, are those in force at the time You place an Order. Tao shall not be held liable in any way should it run out of inventory or if any Product becomes unavailable for any reason.
Thirteen Years of Age or Older.
Use of the Website is limited to persons who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. The Website is not directed to persons under the age of thirteen. Tao’s policy is NOT to knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of 13, you should leave the Website without providing any information about yourself. Any access to or use of the Website by anyone under the age of 18 requires consent to these Terms by a parent or legal guardian. By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant to us that you are either a legal adult or have obtained proper consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and agree to the Terms.
Online Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is separately posted at Taoskateboarding.com/terms-of-use. By using our Website, you agree with our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
Prices and Payment Terms.
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our Website are subject to change without notice. The price changed for a particular product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.
Sales and special offers may run for limited times only. These may not apply to physical stores that carry our products, if any. Online sales and special offers will not be honored beyond the stated time limit or once stock runs out.
Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart. Shipping and handling will vary according to location.
Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of Tao and its chosen payment providers, as updated from time to time. Payment must be received by Us before acceptance or fulfillment of an Order. By providing Us and our third-party payment provider your credit card information, you represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; you are duly authorized to use such credit card for your purchase; charges incurred by You will be honored by Your credit card company; and You will pay charges incurred by You at the posted prices, including shipping and handling and all applicable taxes.
Orders.
You make an Order on our Website by adding items to the shopping cart and purchasing said items. Tao may refuse to accept Your Order in our sole discretion, with or without explanation. Tao will not charge you for any Order we chose not to accept.
You may change or cancel Your Order at any time before it is shipped. You must notify us at Taoskateboarding@gmail.com as soon as possible if you choose to change or cancel your order. If Your Order has already shipped, You may not cancel it.
Tao may cancel Your Order at any time in our sole discretion. Tao will refund you within three days of sending you a notification of cancellation. Tao will cancel any orders that appear to be attempted resellers or exporters.
Delivery.
Tao ships to addresses within the United States. Tao does not deliver to post office boxes at this time. Tao ships Orders within one to five days of receiving Orders. Tao will provide you notice if shipping is expected to take longer than five days. Tao currently ships via the United States Postal Service, but may change shipment services at any time. Delivery time may vary by location, time of year, and other factors beyond our control.
Tao is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an Order. Tao provides tracking information and shipper carrier information for You to the e-mail address provided in your Order Form.
No Returns.
All online sales are final once shipped. Items may not be exchanged once purchased. No returns are provided for our online store.
If you think you have received a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us at

We will review the product and, if found to be defective or incorrect, will either provide you the correct or replacement product, or immediately connect you with the manufacturer. We do not provide refunds for defective or incorrect products.
Warranties, Disclaimers, and Indemnification.
Tao does not provide warranties for any of its products. If the manufacturer includes any warranties with their products, the warranty information will be included in the Product packaging.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY INFORMATION, CONENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES CONTAINED AT OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, AND ANY FUNCTIONALITY OR SOFTWARE CONTAINED AT OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “As available” basis without guarantee or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Website is at your own risk.
You agree to assume all risks in the use of Tao’s products. You agree that Tao, its employees, representatives, and successors, shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages arising out of your use of the Products sold on our Website, for any third-party uses of the Products, for any acts of negligence or recklessness by Tao or others, for any breaches of these Terms, or for any uses of the Products. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer o products to you via our chosen shipping carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property.
Tao’s name, logo, and product names are registered or unregistered trademarks owned by Tao Skateboarding LLC, its partners, or its subsidiaries. Tao has a license to use the registered and unregistered trademarks of the Products, Manufacturers, and brands of all of the Products on its page. Use of any of these marks, whether owned by Tao or licensed to Tao, without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Tao’s intellectual property rights. Images of Tao’s products, videos on the Website, written description of products, and any blog posts on the Website are the registered or unregistered copyrighted material of Tao or validly licensed third-party material. Use of these items without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Tao’s intellectual property rights.
From time to time, Tao may use third-party photos or images through a license or assignment or due to the image or photo being in the public domain. If you see an image that you believe is yours and not validly licensed, assigned, or in the public domain, please notify Tao immediately at Taoskateboarding@gmail.com or on our contact us page. We will take down the image within seventy-two hours of notification in order to investigate the claim, if necessary. If a reasonable and appropriate investigation determines that the claim is false or no infringement has occurred, the image may be replaced on the website.
Goods Not for Resale.
Products on the Tao Website are for personal use only. They are not for resale, export, business use, or other commercial use. We limit order amounts based on the Product. Orders exceeding our limits or repeat orders within a set time period are subject to cancellation.
Other Considerations.
Tao will not be responsible to you nor deemed to have breached these Terms for any failure or delay in our performance when such failure or delay is caused by acts or circumstances beyond Tao’s reasonable control, such as major weather events, riots, or insurrections.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. In the event of any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of Our Website or Your purchase of our products, you agree to binding arbitration with JAMS in Denver, Colorado using the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any and all right to a jury trial. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable costs and attorney’s fees.
If any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms or the Privacy Policy.
