Your use of our Website and purchase of products from Tao Skateboarding indicates your understanding of and agreement with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions. Any issue on which this Policy is silent is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Thirteen Years of Age or Older.

Use of the Website is limited to persons who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. The Website is not directed to persons under the age of thirteen. Tao’s policy is NOT to knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. Any access to or use of the Website by anyone under the age of 18 requires consent to these Terms by a parent or legal guardian.   • Your address, in order to abide by sales tax and other legal and financial requirements for the shipping and sale or physical products;

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your PII to outside parties for profit without providing you advance notice and the option to exclude your PII. This prohibition does not apply to those third-party service providers who help us conduct our business and serve our users, as described above.

We may release your PII when requested in order to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Website, nor the information or content contained therein. You click on links to other sites at your own risk.

Territory.

We do not direct our products at or encourage website use outside of the United States. If you reside outside of the United States, do not provide us any of your PII.

In the event that personal information has been compromised as a result of a breach or hack, we will notify any persons whose personal information has been compromised as soon as practicable, in accordance with applicable law.
